Cool off this summer with these delicious boozy watermelon kiwi ice pops. Made with fresh watermelon, kiwi, and a splash of your favorite alcohol, these frozen treats are sure to be a hit at your next backyard BBQ or pool party.
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced watermelon
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vodka or rum (optional)
Directions
- In a blender, combine watermelon, kiwi, sugar, and water. Blend until smooth.
- If desired, stir in vodka or rum.
- Pour mixture into ice pop molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove ice pops from molds, run under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out.
