Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 (11-ounce) package butterscotch chips
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour over crust.
- Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in brown sugar. Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
