Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of coffee beans
- 1/2 cup of vodka
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- 1/4 cup of sugar
Directions
- Grind the coffee beans in a food processor or coffee grinder.
- Place the ground coffee in a jar or container with a lid.
- Add the vodka, brandy and sugar to the jar.
- Close the lid and shake the jar until all the ingredients are combined.
- Let the mixture sit in a cool, dark place for 2-3 days.
- Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or sieve.
- Transfer the liqueur to a bottle and store in the refrigerator.
