Ingredients

  • 2 heads of Bok Choy, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped bok choy, chow mein noodles, and sesame seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the bok choy mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
