Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
