Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the beef and brown on all sides.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, oregano, and thyme.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
