Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds kielbasa, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the kielbasa and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is wilted, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite side.
