Big Ray's Kielbasa Cabbage Skillet for a Crowd

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds kielbasa, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the kielbasa and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is wilted, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite side.
