Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Saute onion and garlic until lightly browned. Stir in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked ziti and mix well.
Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
