Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (6 ounce) package egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender.
- Mix in the soup, broth, and egg noodles. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until top is golden brown.
