Ingredients
- 4 strips of bacon, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

Directions
- In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until it is crispy.
