Ingredients
1/2 pound fresh-from-the-vine tortellini
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
Drain the cooked tortellini and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper and stir to combine.
Add the cooked tortellini, parsley, and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm.
