Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh-from-the-vine tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
- Drain the cooked tortellini and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked tortellini, parsley, and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
