Ingredients
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon of instant espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup of crumbled amaretti cookies
- 1 cup of chopped hazelnuts
- ½ cup of chopped almonds
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the sugar, cream, espresso powder, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate to the cream mixture and stir until well combined.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, amaretti cookies, hazelnuts, and almonds until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan greased with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Remove from the pan and serve chilled.
