Ingredients
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 Easter egg mold
- Sprinkles or other decorations (optional)
Directions
- Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the Easter egg mold.
- Tap the mold on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
- Put the mold in the fridge for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Remove the eggs from the mold.
- Decorate with sprinkles or other decorations if desired.
