Ingredients

  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 Easter egg mold
  • Sprinkles or other decorations (optional)

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into the Easter egg mold.
  3. Tap the mold on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
  4. Put the mold in the fridge for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  5. Remove the eggs from the mold.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles or other decorations if desired.
