Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into the batter alternately with the milk.
Gently fold in the hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before turning out onto wire racks to cool completely.
