Ingredients

  • 1 lb. red or green grapes
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
