Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought tart crust
  • 1 cup of fruit jam
  • 2 cups of fresh fruit, such as strawberries, peaches, or raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line the tart pan with the tart crust and prick the bottom with a fork.
  3. Spread the jam over the bottom of the tart crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the fresh fruit, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice together.
  5. Pour the mixture into the tart crust.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
