Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish
    • Directions

      1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
      2. Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for 5 minutes, then peel and cut them in half lengthwise.
      3. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is combined and creamy.
