Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cashews

- 1 tsp ground coriander

Directions
- In a blender, combine yogurt, cashews, almonds, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and stir to combine. Add water to thin out the sauce if needed.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
