Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two baking sheets.
- In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until evenly mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough is formed.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets. Make an indentation in the center of each cookie with your finger.
- Fill the indentations with raspberry jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
