Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Add the asparagus and pecans to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and oregano and cook for 1 minute more.
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
