  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the flat iron steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate the steak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
