Apricot Moscow Mule

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup apricot vodka
• 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/4 cup simple syrup
• 2 cups ginger beer
• Ice cubes
• 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
• 2 limes, cut into wedges

Directions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir until combined.
2. Add the ginger beer and ice cubes. Stir to combine.
3. Add the apricot preserves and stir until dissolved.
4. Pour into glasses and garnish with a lime wedge.
