Ingredients
1 (5-7 pound) ham
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ham in shallow baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together apricot jam, honey, mustard, and thyme.
Brush ham with the apricot mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the internal temperature of the ham has reached 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
Baste ham with the remaining glaze every 15 minutes during baking.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
