Ingredients
- 1 (5-7 pound) ham
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place ham in shallow baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together apricot jam, honey, mustard, and thyme.
- Brush ham with the apricot mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the internal temperature of the ham has reached 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
- Baste ham with the remaining glaze every 15 minutes during baking.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
