- 3 cups apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
- Combine the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, corn syrup, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cloves, cayenne pepper, and ground allspice in a large saucepan. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Carefully pour the sauce into sterilized canning jars, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace.
- Process the jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Let the jars cool completely before storing.
