Ingredients

  • 3 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions

  1. Combine the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, corn syrup, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cloves, cayenne pepper, and ground allspice in a large saucepan. Stir to combine.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Carefully pour the sauce into sterilized canning jars, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace.
  4. Process the jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
  5. Let the jars cool completely before storing.
