Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Carefully pour the sauce into sterilized canning jars, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace.
Process the jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Let the jars cool completely before storing.
