Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh, white fish (such as halibut or cod)
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions
- Cut the fish into small cubes and place in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the fish and stir until the fish is evenly coated.
- Add the red onion, green pepper, cilantro, and parsley and stir until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Serve chilled.
