1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions

Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Serve chilled.
Interesting Facts
Ceviche was originally created by the Incans in Peru.
It is traditionally served with chips or crackers.
The acid from the citrus juices "cooks" the fish, making it safe to eat.
