Ingredients

  • 8 pounds of apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 4 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  1. Place the sliced apples in a large pot or slow cooker.
