- 1 lb. ground beef

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, parsley, and egg. Mix well to combine.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
