Ingredients
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 4 cups water
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- In a slow cooker, combine oats, water, apples, cranberries, walnuts, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Stir and serve warm.
