1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into ¼-inch thick chips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato chips and olive oil. Toss to coat the chips evenly and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Transfer the chips to the air fryer basket.
In the same bowl, season the cod fillets with salt and pepper. Place the cod fillets on top of the sweet potato chips in the air fryer.
Cook for 10 minutes, flipping the cod fillets halfway through.
Remove the fish and sweet potatoes from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.
