Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free raspberry jam

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, sugar substitute, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
  3. Press almond flour mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, sugar-free syrup and raspberry jam and beat until combined.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
