Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar-free raspberry jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, sugar substitute, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
- Press almond flour mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, sugar-free syrup and raspberry jam and beat until combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
