Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or lamb
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup corn
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add the onions, garlic, and carrots, and cook until the vegetables are softened.
