Ingredients
- 3 cups of uncooked pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and zucchini and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in oregano, salt, and pepper. Drain pasta and add to skillet with zucchini. Stir to combine.
- Pour pasta mixture into prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
