Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of softened butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pizza pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Stir in the oats, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pizza pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into wedges.
