Ingredients
1 package of zavioli pasta
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the zavioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the white wine and cook until reduced, about 2 minutes.
Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Stir in the ricotta cheese and cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked zavioli to the sauce and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve the zavioli with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
