Ingredients
- 3 cups of diced watermelon, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar
- In a blender, combine the diced watermelon and lime juice.
- Add the water and honey or agave nectar and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp or seeds.
- Serve over ice, garnished with a lime wedge, if desired.
