Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoon allspice berries
  • 1 tablespoon orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Optional: rum or brandy for an adult version

Directions

  1. In a large pot, pour the apple cider and add the cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, allspice berries, orange peel, and lemon peel.
