Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oats

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the ham, apples, walnuts, and oats.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
