Ingredients
1 block of extra-firm tofu
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 cup of broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup of snow peas

Directions
Drain and press the tofu for 15 minutes. Cut into cubes.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and rice vinegar. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and snow peas. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the green onions and cilantro. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve and enjoy!
