Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the oil and warm water. Stir with a spoon until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into balls.
  5. Roll each ball out into a thin circle.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one wrap in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
  7. Repeat with remaining wraps.
  8. Fill the wraps with desired fillings and enjoy!
