Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of grated carrot
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite fruits (e.g., mango, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup of toasted almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flakes

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the grated carrot, banana, and favorite fruits. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until combined.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with toasted almonds, coconut flakes, and extra favorite fruits.
  4. Enjoy!
