Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of grated carrot
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup of your favorite fruits (e.g., mango, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of toasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup of coconut flakes
Directions
- In a blender, combine the grated carrot, banana, and favorite fruits. Blend until smooth.
- Add the almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until combined.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with toasted almonds, coconut flakes, and extra favorite fruits.
