Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons sriracha or other hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- In a small saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add chili garlic sauce, garlic, ginger, sriracha and soy sauce and stir to combine.
- Stir in vinegar and sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer to a glass jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
