  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 4 cups water

  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups kale, stems removed and chopped

Directions
