Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a medium-sized bowl with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, cinnamon, and baking powder to the mashed bananas and mix until fully combined.
  4. Spoon the cookie dough onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet, about 2 tablespoons per cookie.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
