Ingredients
- 2 cups of old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
- 1/2 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, dates)
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, nuts, and dried fruit.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon.
- Pour honey mixture over oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread oat mixture onto it.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
