Ingredients
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¾ cup room-temperature water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, and basil. Mix well.
- Add the water and olive oil and mix with a spoon until the dough comes together. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
- Once the dough has risen, knead it for about 2 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion of dough into a round shape. Place the dough on a greased pizza pan and top with your favorite toppings. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
