Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour and 1/4 cup of water. Slowly add to the pot, stirring constantly. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
