Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder until combined.

  6. Using a cookie cutter or a springerle mold, cut out the cookies and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.
