Ingredients
2 large soft tortillas (flour or corn)
½ cup of your favorite shredded cheese
1-2 tablespoons of your favorite salsa
A pinch of chili powder (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay out the tortillas on the parchment paper.
Sprinkle the cheese and salsa onto the tortillas and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle with chili powder, if desired.
Roll up tightly, then cut into 1-2 inch slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve warm or cold.
