Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, cheese, bread crumbs, ketchup, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
