Ingredients

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened.
- Add the vegetable broth, tomatoes, spinach, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the soup is hot and the flavors have blended.
